Josie Montano, previously known as Josie Dago and famous for her stinky cheese sandwiches in her primary years, now lives as a self-confessed wog with her family in Brisbane. She has worked as a teacher aide in primary schools and is currently a full-time writer. She has won several short story competitions and published a novel for younger readers.
