Nemesis and the Fairy of Pure Heart/Du Toit, Ashle/Paper/0980611202/S029-D
Nemesis and the Fairy of Pure Heart is set in a magical kingdom, filled with wondrous characters such as fairies, goblins, witches and leprechauns and ruled by Nemesis, a powerful and majestic dragon.
All of the fairies agreed that Bella, the Fairy of Pure Heart with her smooth and translucent skin and lavender eyes that twinkled with a thousand shades of laughter gathered from hours of fun, was the most beautiful of them all.
Venturing into the mortal world, Bella comes across Prince Arthur. Almost from the moment of meeting, Bella is enchanted by Arthur. Arthur, equally captivated, follows her into the immortal world. Knowing that relationships between fairies and mortals are forbidden, Bella begs him to leave, but Arthur refuses.
Even when challenged by Nemesis, Arthur still refuses to leave claiming that he can't leave without Bella. Furious with this act of defiance, Nemesis swoops and takes Arthur far away, deep within the Valley Music.
Bella is devastated and vows to rescue her prince and send him home to his rightful place. She goes to the roguish Yarg, King of the Trolls in the hope that he will assist her. Yarg reveals he has knowledge of the path Bella must follow if Arthur is to be saved, but it would not be easy and her quest would be to retrieve five magical tokens. Bella states that she is willing and sets out to find the tokens, which will enable her to receive one wish from Nemesis the Dragon.
Bella soon finds herself having many adventures, making friends and learning all sorts of new things about herself and those around her as she gathers the tokens to free Arthur.
